Teen Driver Safety

We will be conducting our next Tire Rack Street Survival in the coming weeks as the next step in the Corvette Museum teen driver training program.  In discussions with Tire Rack representatives, we have looked at the potential to extend this program to our Corvette Clubs across the country.

We are asking for your feedback regarding your clubs interest in hosting a teen driver safety program.  The typical event is a one day program for approximately 25 students held in a school parking lot.  The cost for participating students is $75 which covers all expenses.  This event would require approximately 25 volunteers who serve as coaches, spotters and instructors.

You can find more information on the Tire Rack Street Survival programhere.

Please provide your interest/questions as soon as possible.  We will also be available to discuss and answer any questions at the Ambassador Luncheon next Friday, August 30 at 11:30am.

Tammy graduated from Warren Central High School and Western Kentucky University. She comes from a family of five children and wonderful, supportive parents. Tammy, her siblings, and their growing families are very close and spend a lot of time together.

According to Tammy, "Corvette enthusiasts are amazing people! Those I have met I will call friends forever."

Tammy recently began her own battle with cancer.  She has had her initial treatments and is back in the "swing of things" at the Museum.  Tammy invites you to call her at 270-467-8849 or email her attammy@corvettemuseum.org with any store questions or any great merchandise ideas you might have.
