The 4th Thursday advantageously fell after Thanksgiving and the group met at Brewsky’s for some food and fun.

Fall Color Run 10/21/18
Bobbie, Rick, Jim, and Linda planned and produced a wonderful Sunday drive for 28 Vettes and 50 members. Stunning autumn weather bookended the day as we visited St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Southeast Nebraska Memorial Cancer Garden, Indian Cave State Park, and lunch at Round Up Bar and Grill
Husker Tailgate 10/13/18
Bob put on another fantastic day for the group, there were plenty of door prizes, a Husker football raffle, and lots of food. Unfortunately just like the football team we did break a record and for the first time in tailgate history we did not cheer the team on to a win.
Route 66 Trip Part 1 9/21/18-10/1/18
5 cars began the trip from Chicago to Adrian, TX the mid-point of the historic route.
NCA Annual Golf Tournament 9/13/18
Fourteen members of the Nebraska Corvette Association gather to play golf in the now annual tournament at Poco Creek Golf Course in Aurora, Nebraska. The day started at 7:15 am with nine members caravanning from, club sponsor, the T.O. Haas store in Lincoln. They were joined at 8:30 by other club members from Seward, Milford, York, Aurora and Ruskin. Coffee and rolls were then provided by our host, Bud and Luana. Two-man teams were randomly selected to start the competition on the first nine holes. The shotgun start began at 9:30 am. After nine holes it was time for lunch of sloppy joe’s, potato salad, chips and dessert, again provided by Bud and Luana. The two-man teams were redrawn for the next nine holes. Competition continued with pin prizes awarded on each of the 9 holes. Format used was chosen by our host and provided for challenging play. This is a fitting close to our summer of weekly golf by our club members.
Geezer Getaway 6/7/18-6/10/18
This years trip traveled to the Twin Cities of Minnesota with many fun stops along the way. Visits included The National Eagle Center in Wabasha, Mill City Museum in Minneapolis, Spam Days Car Show in Austin, Fairmont, MN and seeing old friends Bruce and Gayle.
U-STOP Mini Show 5/4/18
20 members showed up to support one of our long time sponsors, U-STOP, and a good time was had by all.
Highway Cleanup 4/29/18
A great tradition of the club and part of our doing good along the way, 14 members patrolled US-77 north of Lincoln and cleaned up the highway shoulders. Besides feeling satisfaction at a job well done we also treated ourselves to ice cream afterwards, come out and join us for our fall cleanup.
Corvettes of Enid 26th Annual Expo 4/7/18
12 members and 3 Vettes made the trip to Enid and Oklahoma City for a long weekend of fun. The Enid show is held indoors at the Chisolm Trail Expo Center and that was a bonus since there was snow overnight and the high was 40 degrees. We brought home a few trophies, had great time, and made some new friends. In Oklahoma City we visited the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum for the Murrah Building bombing, the Cherokee Heritage Museum, National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, and Bricktown.
